What you buy
90-day pass: €19.99 including VAT, one payment without subscription or renewal. The 90 days start when payment is confirmed. Includes lessons and practice for topics 4–38, additional mock exams and up to 20 AI tutor requests daily, subject to availability and technical service limits. It does not guarantee a pass and there is no DGT affiliation.
What stays free
One daily mock exam and its correction, review, full topics 1–3, the sign dictionary and up to 3 daily AI tutor requests. The native version remains free.
Account and recovery
Your account uses your email and single-use sign-in links; there is no password. Restore on another device by signing in with the same email. Progress is stored on each device and is not synchronised. Internet access is required to access the pass and mark answers. Expiry does not renew the pass or trigger another charge.
Payment, receipt and invoice
Stripe processes payment and issues the receipt and invoice with the seller’s tax details. DrivingLingo does not store your card details. We email confirmation of the pass and your consent. Keep that confirmation.
Immediate access and withdrawal
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, article 103.m of Spain’s consolidated Consumer Protection Act provides for loss of withdrawal rights when supply begins with prior express consent, acknowledgement of that loss and contract confirmation under article 98.7. Before paying you must expressly tick the following checkbox; it is not preselected. This clause does not remove your statutory rights where content does not conform to the contract.
Confirmation you accept
I request immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that, when supply begins, I will lose my right of withdrawal. I accept the purchase terms.
Problems, refunds and complaints
Contact isht@drivinglingo.com with your purchase email and invoice reference. You may request a refund for an unused pass within 14 days of purchase. Refunds use the original payment method and revoke the pass. You can also contact public consumer services and the competent courts in accordance with your consumer rights.
Age and retention
You must be an adult or have your legal representative’s authorisation to buy. Deleting your account removes pass access and account data; it does not delete invoices the seller must retain by law. The owner must establish retention periods and their legal basis with their adviser before selling.
