Tema 22: accessories, equipment and ADAS in the DGT exam
Neither a radar inhibitor nor headphones at the wheel are innocent 'accessories', and ADAS helps you drive, it does not drive for you.

This tema asks which accessories are banned at the wheel and what role ADAS systems play.
Installing or carrying radar or speed-camera inhibitors is banned, and so is carrying devices that detect radars or speed cameras in the vehicle. A device that merely tells you where the surveillance system is, without interfering with it, is allowed.
Driving while using audio headsets, earphones or similar devices connected to a sound receiver or player, or other devices that reduce attention, is banned. There are exceptions for instruction and aptitude tests, and for the certified wireless device in a motorcycle or moped helmet.
DGT manual teaching: ADAS, such as automatic emergency braking, help you drive but do not replace the driver.
Watch out: wearing only one earphone is not an exception: the rule bans driving while "using" the device, without distinguishing one from two.
