NEEDS A LAWYER'S CHECK — BORRADOR / DRAFT. Not approved for publication or live sales.

DrivingLingo provides this service. Contact: isht@drivinglingo.com. See the legal notice for the operator’s identity.

DrivingLingo supports study for Spain’s category B driving theory exam, with Spanish and English as its main languages. Additional study-language aids do not imply that the exam is offered in those languages. There is a free daily mock exam, full topics 1–3 and the sign dictionary, all free; paid features require a separate offer and purchase terms.

Questions are original practice material. DrivingLingo is not part of or endorsed by the DGT. Explanations support learning; check the current law if something appears inconsistent and report it to isht@drivinglingo.com. The automated tutor, where available, can make mistakes. No pass rate or individual exam outcome is promised.

Use the app for personal study and respect others’ rights. Do not alter results, bypass access controls, extract protected content in bulk or compromise the service’s security. Statutorily permitted uses remain available. Any restriction for abuse must be proportionate and does not remove rights arising from a purchase.

Progress and preferences are saved in this browser. Clearing data, private browsing or changing devices can lose them. There are currently no accounts or progress synchronisation. A compatible browser, a connection for online functions and enabled local storage are required to retain data; pass requirements and limits will be shown before purchase.

We may correct content and maintain the service. We will not unilaterally change a purchase in a way that reduces your rights; paid-contract changes remain subject to law and their terms. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and remedies for non-conformity, remain unaffected.

Support and complaints: isht@drivinglingo.com or the channels in the legal notice. A record and response will be provided as required by law. Spanish law applies without depriving you of mandatory protection in your country of residence. No jurisdiction clause removes your consumer rights.
