For questions, technical problems or complaints, email isht@drivinglingo.com. Use the same contact for privacy enquiries.

Describe what you were doing and what went wrong. For a practice question, include its identifier if you know it. Do not send passwords or card details.

Your progress is stored in your browser. If you clear its data or change devices, we cannot recover it from an account or cloud backup.

Service information

Read the legal notice, privacy notice and terms of use. The legal texts remain pending legal review.

Find help with studying, recovering progress and resolving access problems. You do not need an account to read this page.

Include your device, operating system version, language, screen and steps to reproduce the problem. For content issues, include the question identifier. Do not share passwords, card numbers or recovery codes in public screenshots.

Troubleshooting

• If images or a lesson do not load, check your connection and reopen the screen. If the problem persists, close and reopen the app.
• Exam grading needs a connection. If it fails, reconnect and use the retry option; a connection failure is not an exam result.
• Progress is stored on this device and browser. Clearing data, private browsing or changing devices can lose it. Do not clear storage as your first troubleshooting step.
• Change language in Profile and settings. Spanish and English are exam languages; Arabic and Urdu are learning aids.

An offline attempt is not a pass or a completed lesson. The offline fallback cannot open lessons or grade answers.

Uninstalling the app can erase progress. Private browsing or blocked storage may prevent it being saved.

Exam reminders

Reminders are optional and follow your chosen exam date. Change or disable them in Settings. Background reminders depend on platform support and notification permission; they are not guaranteed to arrive.

Terms of use

DrivingLingo is an independent study tool for Spain's Permiso B, with no DGT affiliation or endorsement. It does not guarantee a pass. Use it while stationary, never while driving. Local progress does not sync across devices.
